Shipping and Delivery

Delivery method

Goods are delivered through contracted courier or shipping companies. The currently available delivery methods will be displayed during the checkout process.

The seller may arrange the delivery of goods through its contractual partners or suppliers. In such cases, the goods may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier to the buyer’s address.

Countries of delivery

Goods can be delivered to:

• Slovakia

• Member states of the European Union

• Other countries available during the checkout process

Availability of delivery to a specific country will be displayed after entering the delivery address.

Delivery time

We aim to ship goods as soon as possible after receiving the order and payment.

Goods will be delivered no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless agreed otherwise.

Goods are considered delivered at the moment when:

• you receive them, or

• a person authorized by you receives them, or

• the goods are handed over to the carrier you selected outside of the delivery options offered by us.

Checking the shipment

When receiving the shipment, we recommend checking that the packaging is not damaged.

If the package appears visibly damaged, we recommend:

• refusing the shipment, or

• writing a damage report with the courier.

Failure to accept delivery

The buyer is obliged to accept the goods at the agreed place and time.

If the buyer does not accept the shipment, it may be re-sent upon agreement. In such a case, the buyer may be asked to cover the costs of re-delivery.

Transfer of risk

The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the buyer at the moment the goods are received.
