Delivery method

Goods delivery is provided through trusted courier services. The currently available delivery methods will be displayed during the checkout process.

Orders are processed from our headquarters and through our logistics network to ensure fast and reliable delivery to the customer. Strollero is fully responsible for the sale, customer communication, returns, and complaint handling.

Countries of delivery

Goods can be delivered to:

  • Slovakia

  • Member states of the European Union

  • Other countries available during the checkout process

Availability of delivery to a specific country will be displayed after entering the delivery address.

Delivery time

We ship the goods as soon as possible after receiving the order and payment. In most cases, the goods are delivered within 2-9 business days. The delivery time depends on the recipient's country and the shipping company you have chosen. In case the delivery could exceed 9 business days, we will contact you and inform you about this fact. 

Goods are considered delivered at the moment when you receive them, or a person authorized by you receives them

Checking the shipment

When receiving the shipment, we recommend checking that the packaging is not damaged.

If the package appears visibly damaged, we recommend:

  • refusing the shipment, or

  • writing a damage report with the courier.

Failure to accept delivery

The buyer is obliged to accept the goods at the agreed place and time.

If the buyer does not accept the shipment, it may be re-sent upon agreement. In such a case, the buyer may be asked to cover the costs of re-delivery.

Transfer of risk

The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the buyer at the moment the goods are received.
