Returns and Complaints

Withdrawal from the contract (return of goods)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from receiving the goods.

If the order consists of several items or deliveries, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.

You may notify us of your withdrawal, for example by:

• email

• written notice

• using the withdrawal form

After withdrawing from the contract, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless agreed otherwise.

After receiving the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price including the cost of the cheapest delivery method offered. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

Condition of returned goods

Returned goods should be:

• complete

• undamaged

• preferably in the original packaging

The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a way other than necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Complaints (defective goods)

If the goods have a defect or do not correspond to your order, you have the right to file a complaint.

A complaint can be submitted by:

• email

• written notice

• sending the goods to the seller’s address

When submitting a complaint, please include:

• description of the defect

• your contact details

• order number or proof of purchase

Warranty period

The warranty period for goods is 24 months from the date of receipt, unless otherwise specified by law or the nature of the goods.

Handling of complaints

Complaints will be processed within a reasonable time, no later than 30 days after submission.

A complaint may be resolved by:

• repair of the goods

• replacement of the goods

• a reasonable price reduction

• refund of the purchase price
