I. Processing of personal data
A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you contact us regarding our products and services, we will process your contact details that you provide to us mainly through the contact form. These personal data include: Name, Surname, Email, Message in the contact form – for example a request for information about specific products.

Based on the personal data you send, we will contact you regarding our products and services.
Legal basis
The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request. If you do not provide these personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you for the purpose of concluding a contract for the delivery of our goods or services.
How long will we process personal data?
If no further cooperation is established, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 1 year from our last communication. After this period the personal data will be deleted.
B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase
If you purchase from us, we will process personal data necessary to conclude and perform the contract for the delivery of goods or services. These are mainly the following data: name, surname, delivery address, billing address (if different), email, phone number, order details (purchased goods, payment method, delivery method), or business identification data (company name, Company ID, Tax ID) if the purchase is made by a business entity.
For what purpose?
Personal data are processed in order to fulfil our contractual obligations – delivery of goods or provision of services. Using your contact details we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, complaints or any questions you may have. Personal data will also be processed in order to fulfil our obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations (mainly accounting and tax obligations, complaint handling and similar).

If you do not provide these personal data, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you for the delivery of our goods or services.
How long will we process personal data?
During the delivery of goods or provision of services and afterwards 10 years from the last purchase. After this period the personal data will be deleted.
C. Newsletter (commercial communication)
If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not expressly refused to receive marketing communication, we may use your email address to send marketing messages.

How long will we process personal data?
3 years from your last purchase. If you no longer wish to receive marketing messages, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us at: info@strollero.com .
II. Who has access to the data?
Your personal data remain with us. However, some companies or other persons working with us may have access to your personal data because they help us operate our e-shop. These include:
- Operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic, Company ID: 28935675)
- Companies involved in the delivery of goods (shipping and courier companies)
- suppliers or manufacturers providing logistics and direct delivery of goods to customers
- Companies involved in processing payments (Shoptet Pay, banks or payment gateway providers)
- Email service providers
- Marketing agencies
- Providers of marketing and analytical tools (for example Google or Meta – Facebook)
Your personal data may also be disclosed to the following entities:
State authorities, courts, tax authorities or supervisory authorities where required by law.
Personal data are processed primarily within the European Union. When using analytical or marketing tools, personal data may also be processed by providers located outside the European Union (for example Google or Meta). In such cases the transfer of personal data is carried out in accordance with GDPR, particularly through adequacy decisions of the European Commission or through standard contractual clauses.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
Our company does not carry out automated decision-making based solely on automated processing of personal data that would have legal effects for the data subject.
