How to Shop

Shopping in our online store is simple and takes only a few steps. The contract can be concluded in Slovak or English.

1. Product selection

Choose the product you want to purchase and add it to your cart using the “Add to cart” button.

2. Order details

In the order form you will enter the necessary information for delivery, especially:

• first name and last name

• delivery address

• email address

• phone number

You will also select the delivery method and payment method. The total order price, including delivery costs, will be displayed before you place the order.

3. Order review

Before submitting the order, you can review and modify all entered information.

4. Placing the order

You place the order by clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button.
By submitting the order, you confirm that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions and consent to the use of distance communication.

5. Order confirmation

After submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address provided in the order. The purchase contract is concluded once the order confirmation is sent by us.

6. Product availability

In exceptional cases we may not be able to confirm the order (for example if the product is unavailable or if a clearly incorrect price was displayed). In such cases we will contact you and propose the next steps.

7. User account and discounts

If you have a user account, you can place orders more quickly as your details will be pre-filled.

You may also use a discount code during the purchase if one is available.
